What will my pay slip look like? - We use laser stationary in Std, Plus or Security styles. Colours available are Green, Blue & Dark Grey. If you need a style not currently listed call us on the number above.
Do you use Sage stationery? - Yes. All our pay slips are provided on genuine sage stationery.
Will my pay slip or P60 say it's a replacement? - No your documents will not say it's a replacement unless you specifically request us to add that to your forms.
When will my order be delivered? - All orders received before 3pm are shipped the same day first class, and most orders reach the destination the following day. We can offer a guaranteed next business day delivery at an extra surcharge of £6.50
Can you fax or email my order? - Yes if you need a copy urgently we can fax or email a copy although if you need these for proof of income most organisations require the original copy and not a fax.
My pay slip is a different amount each month will you calculate all my extras? - Yes, just detail on the form any commissions, pension deductions or other items and we will work out your correct details. You an provide any extra information we need on the submission form.
Can you post to me outside the UK? - Yes we can send to any location although we can't guarantee when it will arrive. We regularly post to Spain,France, Australia and USA which take about 3-5 days to arrive.
Where can I find my PAYE Reference? - You can find this from your employer or from last P60 ( If it is Same Employer). The first part of the reference is three digits and this is the tax office number , eg 123. The second part of the reference comes after the forward slash and is tax office employer reference, eg A246
Can you provide pay slips for earnings in other countries? - At this time we only produce replacement pay slips / p60's for individuals who are subject to UK tax laws.
How can I pay? - Our preferred method (and the quickest) is by credit card but you can also pay for your items off line by making a payment to our bank account. We won't actually start your pay calculations until we receive cleared payment notification so naturally your items take longer. To make an offline payment, process your order through our store and select 'Offline Payment' as your payment method. The amount you will need to pay will be detailed on your receipt.
Whats the difference between a P60 and a Payslip? - A P60 is a certificate, which your employer should give to you at the end of the tax year. It will show you your total pay and deductions for the whole of the tax year. A payslip will show you, your pay and deductions at a particular week or month throughout the tax year.
I don't know my Tax Code? - Your Tax Code will be printed on any payslips or the P60 you've received from your employer. If you do not have payslips you can usually work out what your Tax Code should be. Read our Tax Code Guide for more information.
Why would i need Payslips and a P60? - Some companies will want to see Payslips and a P60. Some may just want to see Payslips, while others may just want to see your P60.
What if my payslips don't turn up? - We suggest that you take advantage of our special delivery option. Then we can guarantee that if you place your order before 3pm you will recieve your payslips the very next day. If you select the first class post option and your order doesn't reach you within three working days, as long as you inform us within five working days of placing your order, we will resend them free of charge.
